their own individual and specific requirements. We have
developed a Freight Management system that
recognises that everyone is different, and
tailors packages for each clients specific
requirements.
As
our online information system (Glasshouse) is
developed in-house, we can provide an information
portal that can provide a client with a complete
picture of the Supply Chain.
Although
obviously we would be seeking to handle as
much of that supply chain as possible we
understand that for many reasons sometimes
freight may come in through other forwarders, or
external cartage companies or devan stations may
be used for specific freight. Our system has been
written so that we can capture details on those
shipments also, giving you a centralised
information hub. We even have the ability to give
those other suppliers the ability to log in and
update your information in our system directly.
Our
quotations can be set up so that clients can have
more than one service to choose from, depending
on the urgency that you require the cargo.
All
clients are allocated an account manager who will
use their expertise to ensure that the services
being offered are the most appropriate for the
clients needs.
